The "advantage" of alcohol, if you will, is that it is available quickly and easily at any time. Uncorking and pouring does not require a great deal of time. A jog, on the other hand, must be planned. In everyday life, there is often no time for complex relaxation techniques. It is no help to a single mother if I recommend that she do an hour of yoga in the evening while her three children wait for her to cook dinner.
