The Spring Ritual
Nature's Symphony
Mindful walk in nature - When nature comes back to life in spring, a mindful walk is a great way to clear your head. It's best to choose a route where you can enjoy the fresh air and the flowering plants. Consciously concentrate on the colors, scents and sounds around you. The connection to nature and the exercise in the fresh air have a calming and energizing effect at the same time.
The Summer Ritual
Summer meditation in the morning - How about we get in the mood for the day together with a short meditation in nature? The morning sun can help us wonderfully with this. Sit in a quiet place outside (balcony, garden or open window) and close your eyes. Breathe deeply (4-7-8) while you feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. Let yourself fall completely into this moment and absorb the energy of the sun. This way you can start the day calmly and relaxed.
The autumn ritual
Nature's Symphony
It's Tea-Time In autumn, when the days get shorter and the temperatures get cooler, a mindful tea ceremony is a great way to relax. Prepare a warm herbal or spiced tea and concentrate on the aroma, taste and warmth of the cup in your hands. Take the time to consciously enjoy every sip. This ritual helps you to arrive in the moment and find serenity.
The winter ritual
In winter, when it's cold and dark outside, a warm bath is just good for you. For an extra dose of relaxation, you can add a few drops of essential oils, such as lavender oil (calming) or rosemary oil (invigorating). Breathe in and out deeply (4-7-8) while you let the warm steam and sounds of the bath envelop you. A bath like this can help to release tension and calm you down.
