
Low Risk Consumption
If healthy adults adhere to certain limits, the risk is not zero, but relatively small. Sensitivity to alcohol varies from person to person. A universal value cannot be defined with absolute certainty. The following limit values apply to women:
- no more than one standard glass of alcohol per day
- at least two alcohol-free days per week
- No alcohol during pregnancy!
